About Me
Welcome! My name is Jenny Lowe and I am a health and wellness coach based in the San Francisco bay area. I am a wellness enthusiast, empath, creative problem solver, and have been told that I have a warm and grounded presence. In my 40ish years of life, I’ve learned that the keys to feeling at my best usually involve moving my body, eating nourishing food, staying grounded, and being connected to those I care about. It’s my passion to support others in building and sustaining these habits in their busy lives so that they can show up as their best too.
My professional experience has spanned the healthcare, public school, and non-profit sectors as I’ve worked to support and empower people from many different walks of life to enhance their own health and well-being. My formal training is in social welfare and public health nutrition and I hold a Masters in Social Work and a Masters in Public Health from U.C. Berkeley. I am a certified Health & Well-Being Coach through WellCoaches Center of Coaching Excellence.
I live with my husband, son, and three-legged pit bull in Alameda, CA. In my spare time, I enjoy trying new recipes (always crossing my fingers that my whole family will like them) and exploring the beauty and diversity that northern California has to offer.
