My name is Jenny Lowe and I am a health and wellness coach. I am a wellness enthusiast, empath, and creative problem solver.

In my 40ish years of life, I’ve learned that the keys to feeling at my best usually involve moving my body, eating nourishing food, staying grounded, and being connected to those I care about. It’s my passion to support others in building and sustaining these habits in their busy lives so that they can show up as their best too. I would love to work with you!
